The preliminary phase of a project is about providing services for bidding and contracting. In this phase, our aim is to collect documents and define strategies for bidding and tender related to the project. The services provided by our experts in NACO+3T consortium include of research, administration, operation, investment and financing regarding the contracts. After reviewing the documents, a full report will be prepared and presented covering all technical and financial aspects as well as offering strategies resulting in qualification/disqualification of the proposals.
